The Stormwater Program Manager/Environmental Planner is a professional management employee who is responsible for overseeing the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, the Chesapeake Bay Pollution Reduction Plan (CBPRP), Stormwater Utility Fee and Credit Programs, training, and program operations.
