Despina Drive

We have been receiving numerous ongoing concerns from the public regarding the high volume of traffic exiting the Legacy Park Development located in Mechanicsburg Borough via Despina Drive in Upper Allen Township. In response to this concern, we made Despina Drive in Upper Allen Township a one-way street. This will improve safety into the Township’s neighborhood. We appreciate the patience and understanding of all residents and road users during this adjustment period. The Township remains dedicated to improving transportation infrastructure and will strive to implement long-term solutions that will benefit the community as a whole.
