Construction will take place in two phases.  The following Improvement Map illustrates generalized improvements associated with each phase.

  •  Phase II, Improvements along South Market Street.  Phase II will begin later this year.  Anticipated construction dates to be determined at a later time.

Update:  Beginning April 30th, construction will take place overnight from 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.  During this time, the traffic signal at the intersection will be on a flashing mode, and flaggers will be out directing traffic.  The traffic signal will return to regular operation during non-construction hours.  Posted: 04/25/23.

Update:  On May 30th, weather permitting, construction is expected to begin earlier than 6:00 p.m.  Please expect delays during the evening commute.  If possible, use alternative routes.  Posted: 05/16/23.

Update:  From June 2nd – June 4th, construction will take place along South Market Street.  Construction crews will be working through the weekend to install necessary infrastructure, which will require crossing under South Market Street.  Expect minor delays and lane closures during this time.  Posted: 05/19/23.
