The Upper Allen Township Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 5:35 p.m. for a Conditional Use Application.  Cocca Development, LTD has submitted a Conditional Use application is to seek permission to add an accessory drive-through facility to a proposed Starbucks restaurant.  The property is located at the corner of Cumberland Parkway and Gettysburg Pike (240/260 Cumberland Parkway).
